Me and my husband were walking around Sedona Arizona and this guy kept bugging us to come on and so we did and you put this stuff on my eyes and he says oh my God it looks you look younger and I looked in the mirror I don't know if they has some kind of special mirror and I looked at it and I thought all wow it does they said put it on for first seven days and then after that once a week so I've been doing that and I don't see no difference it's all a scam he talked me into buying it I looked at my husband and my husband says it was up to me and I believed in the sky so I did and it cost me over $700 for what I so if anybody wants you to buy this product walk away don't get suckered into it
Terrible sales pressure
Scam product extremely pressured
Worst experience ever. They are complete rippoff artists!!
I returned my purchase and they refused to take it back. The give you a five day refund notice, but do not tell you and quickly have you sign the sales agreement.
The fact they give you a five day refund notice, tells you how horrible their products are. I'm sick to my stomach!!!! They should be in jail. It still amazes me how people can be so unethical and be able to get away with it.
The sales person has no soul, and is out for her own self, without regard to the damage she causes to others. Congrats to you on your big sale, rot in ***.

LIES about Returns
On 8/8/17 I bought skin care from Tresor Rare Lenox, for $1633.50. During the sale/transaction, I asked Alonso at least 3 times if I could return them and he said, yes.
I said I needed a week to think about it. My child is having health issues & I had some big expenses, so decided this was too frivolous at this time. With my working schedule, it was 12 days (Fri. 8/18/17) when I was able to go back to the store.
Alonso was there & tried to tell me that he had said that I had to return them in 3 days, but he never told me that, as I know I would never have taken the product with those stipulations. Then he told me that I couldn’t return them to the store, that I would have to send them back & that a customer service person would call me on Mon. This scenario was also never mentioned during the sale. The customer service person, Sheila, called me on 8/22/17.
She was going on vacation & said she would call me back. It was more than a week before we spoke again & I had to call her. She then called me periodically, saying she was trying to see about returning the products & supposedly talking to different people. She was calling me from a local cell phone and there was no voice message set up nor did she answer the phone with the company name, which always seemed a little odd for the company’s customer service person.
She would call me back every few days for weeks, offering different things. For instance, she said that I could return it for a 50% re-stocking fee, she offered other products in place of these & several “free” facials. She told me something about it being FDA approved, but that means nothing to me and I was only told this way into the negotiations with her in trying to get my money back. Bottom line, I feel there were so many lies here and this company is not very truthful in their selling practices.
And yes, I know that no returns are printed on the receipt, however, I asked Alonso about the possible return BEFORE he even took my credit card. With all the free facials I have been offered, I have not taken them up on any, as I am not trying to take advantage of them, I only want all my money back to put towards my other unexpected expenses.

Degrading and demeaning experience. Products not worth the money much less the insults and lies endured
One of the most degrading and demeaning experience in my life... will never step foot in one of these stores again and when my product runs out, will certainly not restock.
Deceptive sales practices... e.g. Told me that my supply would last 3 years, when sales receipt was printed, found out they'd simply tripled the amount of product they say I agreed to buy... return policy is not disclosed up front and everything they have you do will disqualify you from returns...
do NOT allow them to ship product to you... and do NOT accept any free gifts (both void your ability to return anything!) I challenged the purchase through my bank and their legal staff said the return policy is legally rock solid so my only responsible recourse is to try and warn others. they will embarrass you and berate you in their store in front of others and will interrupt you attempting to do any research online while in the store. They even disrupted my call to my husband to confer with him over my hesitations.
And they don't seem to know much about properties of skin care ingredients... tea tree oil is NOT a sunscreen as claimed by salesman and although microbial, it is widely attributed to skin irritation. Their facial products are heavily scented... not usually something I'd put on my face.
I have been very displeased with the products in the several months II have used them. And still feel foolish for allowing myself to be bullied into purchasing these overpriced and ineffective products... stay away!! This was at the store on Maui.
Salesman also showed me another person's account information and claimed it was Celine Dion's (which I didn't believe, but he still showed me another person's account details in their. Computer system so hold on to any personal details you don't want publicly disclosed.) This same salesman also stated that Jesus Christ was telling him that I should treat myself by buying these products...
which should have sent me laughing my way out the door, but in hindsight is just absurdly offensive and insulting. What is the procedure to return product for a full refund and the process TresorRare will implement to ensure this doesn't happen to others?

Lies and no refund
Pelegp2 said he owned the company. He sold me a Perfectio Zero Gravity machine for $1,299.00.
He said after I used it if I did not like it I could return it. He put his phone number on my phone. He left Las Vegas that night. The next day I went to David B.
the manager with the unopened item. I told him I wanted to return it and he said ok. He sent a message on the computer to customer service and gave me a receipt stating the return was for Credit Card Overdraft (untrue but whatever). He said to return the machine in Orange County, CA.
There is not store here. He said customer service would call to arrange the return on my Visa. Debi director of customer service said there are no returns and no stores in So. Cal.
and there is nothing she can do. She was rude, insensitive, accusatory. She won't give me the contact information for the owner. She said David B.
has not called her back to let her know he approved the return. David B.
says I have to talk to Debi. I can't get a return and they all lie.

Tresor Rare - Sales Representative Review
Tresor rare conned into buying crap
I walked past the shop in puerto banus in october. A very glamorous expensive looking shop.
A few days later as we were walking past the shop again I was approached by a woman who said did I want some free samples. Normanally I wouldnt bother but for some strange reason I said yes.she walked off and i followed. The next minute a man apparantly the manager started to ask questions about my skincare , what I used basically the same *** the previous review made .he put some cream around my eyes and jawline .By this time my partner had come into the shop and believe it ir not he had the cream put on him . The strange thing is the bags under his eyes did disappear and my eyes and looked not as dark.
When he said how much it was I was about to get up and leave for the two products it was £500. But my partner was rhat impressed he said it was alot of money , so the man said hed give us another tube of the eye serum . So he bought some . I googled it when we got back back and thought we've been scamed.
I cant believe that these people are allowed to open shops and con people . I have read that the creams have banned ingredients and anti freeze in them .i feel so stupid usually Im pretty good at spotting a scam but these are good
